These Terms govern your use of biophonics.la, biophonics-school.com, our checkout pages, and all products and services offered by Karina Cooper ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Minors may use our products only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Products and services. We offer digital video courses, vocal warm-up sets, online masterclasses, one-on-one online coaching, and in-person classes and masterclasses. Specific inclusions and access periods are described at the point of purchase.

Access and accounts. Digital products are delivered through Teachable and are available for the access period stated for each product. Access is personal to you.

License and intellectual property. All content, including videos, exercises, warm-ups, tracks, sheet music, books and materials, is the property of Karina Cooper and the Biophonics method and is protected by copyright. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use only. You may not copy, record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly permitted), share, resell, publish, or use our materials to teach or create derivative products, in whole or in part. Any such use is a violation of these Terms and of our intellectual property rights.

Payment and pricing. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe and PayPal. Where available, installment options are offered at checkout through third-party providers. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
Refunds. All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

One-on-one and live sessions. Private sessions and feedback are provided within the window stated for the product. Sessions are scheduled by agreement. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are not refunded or rescheduled unless we agree otherwise.

Health disclaimer. Our products provide vocal training and education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Any body, breathing, or manual techniques described are educational and performed at your own risk. Consult a physician before beginning if you have any health condition, injury, pregnancy, or concern. You participate at your own risk.

No guarantee of results. Vocal progress depends on many personal factors. We do not guarantee any specific result.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
